Spam is when you send an unsolicited text message. By sending messages only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following industry-accepted permission-based messaging guidelines.
If a customer does not wish to get emails from you, they may click the “report spam” or “junk” button in their email client. We automatically opt out customers who click the Spam button.
Too many Spam reports can negatively affect your reputation and ability to have your emails received by recipients, so it is very important to send emails to customers who really want your messages.
To reduce Spam Reports, either lower the number of emails you send per month or raise how often you send email so your customers become familiar with you, and/or increase the relevant value.
*If you are receiving more than 2 Spam Reports for every 1,000 emails sent, we may suspend your ability to publish your offers via email.
