Listed below are a series of errors along with the screenshots and brief explanations:
Bad Card Swipe – Credit Card swiped incorrectly through audio jack swiper or mag strip was not read.
Credit Card Process Error - Unable to process Credit Card Sale because there is no WiFi connection
Credit Card Process Error - Unable to process Tip because there is no WiFi connection. After three (3) attempts you will be met with the second error message.
- The micro USB credit card swiper is unable to return value to a credit card. To perform a return a transaction must be associated. To perform these actions visit Transaction Detail

Bad Card Swipe – Credit Card swiped incorrectly through micro USB swiper or mag strip was not read. Attempt swipe slowly.
Can't find credt authorization record - After processing sale on table connection was lost and tip can not be added to charge
Decline – This error will appear when a credit card sale that has been declined by the card holder's bank
Credit Card Process Error – This error will appear when the invalid CVV code has been entered for a sale.
Invalid Month/Year - Manual Entry – This error will appear when the restaurant user manually enters an invalid month.
Credit Card Process Error – This error will appear when a USB swiper account attempts to process an invalid card # manually
