Password Change

To change your Groovv Register password:
1. Login into your Back Office
2. Click on the Account Menu drop-down arrow to the right of the top navigation tabs
3. From the drop-down arrow select Account Settings
4, Click in the text box next to Password:.
4. Enter your current password
5. Click on the text box next to New Password:.
6. Enter what you would like your new password to be
7. Click on the text box next to Confirm New Password:
8. Enter the same password that you entered for Step 6
9. Click the Change Password button located at the bottom
Once these steps are completed, you will receive an on-screen message confirmation of the change. It is recommended to log out of the back office and all devices then log in again using the new password.
