2. Select Cloud from the Register Options Menu
By default, all checkboxes will be selected when the Cloud page is loaded. You may click to clear specific data points to speed up the synchronization process. Merchants with a larger Inventory Items or Customers database may witness a lengthy synchronization process due to large amounts of data being loaded from the Groovv Register Cloud.
When the necessary checkboxes have been selected, touch the Synchonize button to initiate the synchronization of your back office changes to your device. Synchonizing your back office may also help alleviate minor issues within the application you may be experiencing.
You can also test your login if your password was forgotten or changed recently.
