Troubleshooting - Router

  1. Is power established to the router?
    1. If not, plug power cable into the back of the router and into outlet 
    2. If working back of router should show sign with solid green light
    3. If router still unresponsive, move router to a known working outlet, repeat previous troubleshooting steps.
  2. Is internet working properly?
    1. Open browser, attempt to load any page on tablet after connecting WiFi network Conn3ct.
      1. Password should be saved into the tablet already. If password is forgotten contact support
      2. If not working, ensure Ethernet from wall/modem/other router is plugged into yellow Internet port on the router 
      3. Is Ethernet plugged into proper location on the wall/modem/other router?
