Inventory - Item Adjustments

To make Inventory Item Adjustments:
1. Log into your Back Office
2. Click on Inventory from the top navigation tabs 
3. Select Item Adjustments from the Inventory Menu
From the page below, you will be able to view and adjust inventory quantities for any of your Departments. Begin by selecting a Department from the drop-down menu.
After selecting the desired Department to edit, select Search. In this section, you are able to edit the current Quantity on Hand (Q.O.H.) for all your items within the selected Department.
From this point you will have three options for how to edit your existing Q.O.H.
Replace Qty.: The number typed under column “New Q.O.H.” will replace the current number under the “Q.O.H.” column.
Add to Qty.: Will add the number of “New Q.O.H.” to the already existing “Q.O.H.” number.
Subtract Qty.: Will subtract the number of “New Q.O.H.” from the already existing “Q.O.H.” number.
After this edit has been made the Q.O.H. change will be reflected next to that item.
Exporting the Item Adjustments
Located above the Item Adjustments report, on the right side of the page, there is a small icon that will allow you to export your full Item Adjustments report as a .csv file. This file format can be read by most
Spreadsheet-building programs, like Microsoft Excel. The icon used to perform this function is shown below.
