Transactions not Pushing to Back Office?

Are your transactions not appearing in the Back Office?
Follow the below steps from your tablet/register to remedy the issue:
1. Open the Tablet Settings Application
2. Select Storage
Available storage should exceed 400 MB
*If less than 400 MB contact Groovv support for factory reset
3. Select Apps
4. Select Groovv Register
5. Touch Clear Data
6. Return to Home Page of Tablet
7. Log into Groovv Register app
8. Touch in the upper left corner
9. Select No Sale
Validate that transaction is shown in your back office
*All previous data has been lost
