On-Screen Signature Capture

To enable signature capture:
1. Log into your Back Office
2. Click on Business from the top navigation tabs
3. Scroll down to select the check box Titled: Enable Signature Capture?
On the tablet
1. Select the Register Options Menu icon                            
2. Select Cloud
3. Select Synchronize (located on the very bottom of the Cloud screen)
To accept a signature touch 
To wipe the white board clean touch 
*Please Note:
  • This setting impacts signature capture behavior on ALL of your Groovv Register devices. 
  • If you are using a Groovv One Register, you should NOT enable this feature as your register is not designed to spin or pivot to facing the customer.
