Tablet Power Troubleshooting
Is the Register:
  • powering off on its own?
  • unable to turn on?
  • not turning on the customer facing screen?
Troubleshoot the power:
  1. Are the connection for the power cord from the register securely plugged in the wall socket?
  2. Is the other end of that cord securely plugged into the back of the register (with the Flat side of that end’s plug facing down)?
  3. Change the power outlet (preferably one located on a different wall)
