Tablet Power Troubleshooting
Is the Register:
- powering off on its own?
- unable to turn on?
- not turning on the customer facing screen?
Troubleshoot the power:
- Are the connection for the power cord from the register securely plugged in the wall socket?
- Is the other end of that cord securely plugged into the back of the register (with the Flat side of that end’s plug facing down)?
- Change the power outlet (preferably one located on a different wall)
